The Mental Health Therapist will deliver individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team throughout treatment and aftercare. Key duties include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining compliant clinical documentation.

With over 15 unique locations, we manage and support 500+ dedicated employees serving over 300 residential clients daily located across five states: California, Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, and Texas.

The Mental Health Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and/or young adults experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges. This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary clinical team to support patients throughout a structured treatment episode and into successful aftercare.
