The Clinical Assistant supports adolescents and young adults in their rehabilitation by guiding them through daily routines, including meals, groups, and therapy sessions, while maintaining a safe and structured residential environment. This role also involves assisting with new resident intakes, facilitating psychoeducational groups, and communicating resident progress to the multidisciplinary team.

As a Residential Clinical Assistant at Paradigm Treatment Centers and Ridge RTC, you will work closely with Clinical Directors, Therapists, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to support adolescents and young adults throughout their rehabilitative journey. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment while supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
Salary Range: $23—$23 USD
