• This role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living skills, community engagement, and personal development in a respectful, supportive environment.
• Key Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals in home, community, and program settings Assist with daily living activities such as routines, social skills, and life skills development Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behavior Support participation in community outings and structured activities Follow individualized support plans and maintain accurate documentation Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and families Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to pass background checks and required screenings Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required (training provided
