include providing direct patient care as directed by a nursing supervisor, covering activities such as bathing, grooming, vital sign checks, and recording patient intake/output. The role also involves ensuring patient comfort by responding to requests and reporting observations to the nursing supervisor.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold an active and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification through the State of Michigan, along with current CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in a long-term care or similar setting, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and assisting with height and weight measurements Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and recording intake and output information Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients’ call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor Benefits: Numerous Incentive Programs to Increase Compensation!
