• Home, primary responsibilities include: Clinical review of incoming patient referrals to determine care needs and eligibility for services. Experience in reviewing and entering Medication Orders. Complete Patient Assessments, Consents and other Admission Paperwork. Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external Teams. Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance Plans and processing for Authorizations. Knowledge of ordering supplies for new admissions. Excellent Customer Service. Excellent attention to detail.
