Providers will conduct timely phone and/or video telehealth consultations exclusively for patients within the YNHH network, providing clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic medical services based on their experience. Essential duties include obtaining patient histories, ordering tests, developing care plans, prescribing medications, and consulting with other providers when necessary.
Candidates must possess active medical licenses in CT, with NY and MA licenses preferred, and must have previous telemedicine experience. Required credentials include Controlled Substance Registration, Federal DEA Registration, Board Certification, and PALS/ACLS certifications, while residing in CT, MA, or NY.

Providers must be licensed in CT (with additional NY and MA licenses preferred) to work in the comfort of their home office or clinical setting to treat patients during overnight business hours and weekends. Providers will provide timely phone and/or video telehealth consultations exclusively to patients within the YNHH network.
Must reside in one of our states of operation: Ct, ma, or ny
• Remote. Overnight hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• $70–80 hourly (based on experience)
