The Certified Nurse Aide will perform frequent resident rounds to check comfort, safety, and cleanliness, while assisting with the prescribed health care plan implementation. Responsibilities also include providing direct care services such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and accurate documentation of Activities for Daily Living (ADL’s).
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and meet all required training and certification standards, including nursing aid certification and CPR. The role requires significant physical exertion, including the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and maintain movement (bending, standing, walking) over 75% of the shift.
