Salary
$50 - $55 / HOUR
include providing comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on evaluation, creating care plans, executing treatment, and managing discharge for patients. The role also requires supervising assistants and aides, maintaining high standards of care using evidence-based practice, and building positive relationships with facilities and patients.
Candidates must be a graduate of an AOTA-accredited occupational therapy school and possess current CPR certification along with a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of experience in custom splinting, adult rehabilitation, and hand therapy.
Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management. High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
