Dental Assistants are integral team members who support the dentist during various treatment procedures, ensuring patients feel comfortable and connected. Key duties include taking dental radiographs, managing infection control through sterilization, and educating patients on post-treatment follow-up and oral hygiene strategies.
Candidates must meet state regulations for Dental Assistant and X-ray certifications, and while one year of prior experience is preferred, the role requires the ability to perform clinical tasks in a physical environment. Qualifications also include experience with Dentrix software.
