The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse provides patient care services that address the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role also involves meeting the communication needs of the patient and their family while reflecting professional expectations through initiative and responsibility.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program and hold a current state license as an LPN/LVN, along with CPR/BCLS certification. Preferred qualifications include ACLS, IV certification (required or obtained within six months), and six months of experience in Medical/Surgical or Rehabilitation settings.
