The therapist will provide thoughtful, relationship-centered outpatient psychotherapy primarily with adults and/or couples, while building and maintaining a consistent caseload. This involves participating in consultation with colleagues, practicing thoughtful case conceptualization, and maintaining reliable documentation and follow-through.
Candidates must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field and hold an active Illinois clinical license (LPC/LCPC, LSW/LCSW, MFT/LMFT, PsyD/PhD). Experience providing psychotherapy in an agency or private practice setting, along with comfort using telehealth platforms and EHRs, is required.

Generalist Therapist This role is designed for therapists who provide thoughtful, relationship-centered outpatient psychotherapy with adults and/or couples.
We welcome both early-career clinicians who are continuing to build confidence and clinical depth as well as experienced therapists seeking a stable, values-aligned group practice environment.
Support, consultation opportunities, and professional development are tailored to each clinician’s level of experience, while maintaining clear practice-wide expectations for client care and professionalism. What This Role Involves Providing outpatient psychotherapy with adults and/or couples Building and maintaining a consistent caseload Participating in consultation and professional dialogue with colleagues Practicing thoughtful case conceptualization and scope management Maintaining reliable documentation and follow-through Clinical Workload Expectations To support access to care and consistency for our clients, Elevate maintains clear, practice-wide workload standards.
Our administrative systems and intake processes are designed to help clinicians maintain sustainable, consistent caseloads. Schedule & Presence This role follows Elevate’s hybrid schedule model, including: A consistent weekly schedule that supports caseload development At least two evening shifts per week (3:00 pm–8:00 pm) At least two in-office shifts per week These expectations support access to care, collaboration among clinicians, and professional development opportunities.
