The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to restore patient strength, mobility, and function. Key duties include providing direct patient care, educating patients and caregivers on home programs, accurately documenting sessions, and collaborating with the rehab team on discharge planning.
Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
Current PT license.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current Physical Therapist license along with required CPR certification. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
