Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.

Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in women's reproductive mental health.   • What you'll do
  • As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for women navigating their reproductive journeys. This is a part‑time, exempt, salaried position, expected to average approximately 25-29 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.
  • Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays. 21 completed client appointments per week
  • Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
  • Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
  • Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
  • Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests
  • Who you are
  • Independently licensed in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
  • California Residency requirement
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health or women’s mental health
  • Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
  • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
  • Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning

Requirements

Candidates must be independently licensed in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist) and reside in California, possessing at least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in women's mental health. Strong proficiency in evidence-based modalities and comfort with virtual platforms and EHRs are required.
