Founding veterinarians will be responsible for defining the hospital's operational systems, workflows, and team culture while practicing high-quality emergency-level medicine in an urgent care setting. This area has strong GP relationships, loyal pet-owning families, and limited urgent/emergent support nearby. Our White Oak hospital is being designed to give pets timely care, give GP teams a trusted partner, and give veterinarians a sustainable way to practice high-quality urgent care medicine.
