$125,000 - $200,000 / YEAR
Founding veterinarians will be responsible for defining the hospital's operational systems, workflows, and team culture while practicing high-quality emergency-level medicine in an urgent care setting. This includes handling cases like trauma, GI obstructions, toxin ingestions, and acute vomiting/diarrhea without overnight shifts.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and possess strong clinical reasoning skills, thoughtful patient care abilities, and clear, compassionate client communication. All experience levels are welcome, particularly those interested in urgent care or emergency-style diagnostics.
