The Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for delivering physical therapy care to adult and geriatric patients. Key duties include preparing necessary documentation such as progress notes and discharge summaries.
Candidates must possess a valid State Physical Therapy Assistant License and relevant credentials. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and/or Acute Care settings is required for this role.
We are hiring a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities Travel to nearby centers as needed
