The Occupational Therapist is responsible for delivering occupational therapy services, fostering positive relationships with clients and facilities, and overseeing patient screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning. Key duties include providing clinical supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Rehab Technicians while ensuring compliance with regulations.
