Market context

ICU float pool demand is steady

Missouri hospitals commonly need experienced ICU nurses who can adapt across units, so float pool roles tend to favor candidates with strong critical care judgment and current multi-state licensure. This role is competitive because it asks for at least two years of nursing experience, an associate’s degree or higher, and Kansas and Missouri RN licenses on hire; requirements and benefits on this platform are AI-summarized from the original job description, saving candidates research time. Before applying, confirm your licensure status and immunization readiness, including seasonal influenza vaccination.
