As an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant, you will provide care for patients with common diagnoses such as chest pains, gastroenteritis, and COPD exacerbations. You will work in a supportive environment with a compliant patient population.
Candidates must have an active and unrestricted state medical license and be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program. Additionally, 24 months of experience in an Emergency Room setting is required.
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian full time or part time Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia. As an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant at Hampton VAMC you will not handle Trauma or Peds. The most common diagnosis are chest pains, Gastroenteritis, and COPD Exacerbations. If you are looking for a slower paced, less aggressive ER environment, then Hampton VA is your best bet!
