Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology. About the Facility Ascension St. Vincent Fishers offers 24/7 emergency care and specialized neonatal support for approximately 250-300 deliveries annually. Ascension St. Vincent Carmel is a full-service hospital featuring a Level III Maternity Center and Level III NICU. With 8 L&D rooms, it managed over 2,000 deliveries in 2025 and serves high-risk maternal patients. Regional coverage also extends to Anderson (Level 3 Trauma) and Kokomo. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

What additional preferences we're seeking Surgical Proficiency

Physicians who are comfortable performing emergency GYN surgeries independently.
