Provide direct support and instruction to individuals with developmental disabilities to foster independence in daily living and community activities. Facilitate communication between participants and external entities such as doctors, landlords, and care managers.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in computer use, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently are required.
