The RN II is responsible for the care of women from childbearing through geriatric years and infants up to 28 days of life, supervising and coordinating care with other disciplines. Duties include performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, administering medications, and providing appropriate patient and family education.
Applicants must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Registered Nurse license by the State of California, along with current BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in labor and delivery, nursery, and postpartum care.
