This role involves performing requested X-Ray examination procedures under supervision, ensuring equipment functionality, and accurately completing exams following established protocols for patient care and safety. Responsibilities also include confirming, scheduling, and logging procedures, as well as maintaining cleanliness of equipment and rooms.
Candidates must have two years of formal training from an approved School of Radiologic Technology and possess ARRT registration (or pending status) along with current CPR/BLS certification. Required knowledge includes basic x-ray procedures, anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and radiology equipment safety hazards.

This per diem position is based in the Kettle Point location.
Under the general supervision of the Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor and/or Lead technologist, this position will perform X-Ray examination procedures requested by University Orthopedics (UOI) providers. The work in this position contributes to patient’s overall successful interaction within the office. Exceptional people skills are needed. Must have flexible availability to cover additional locations or shifts if needed.
