Job Description

Renew Aesthetics is an established aesthetics practice with a strong patient base and consistent demand for injectable and skin treatments. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice. This provider will play a key role in delivering exceptional aesthetic care while helping patients look and feel their best through personalized treatment plans and advanced non-surgical procedures. The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise, aesthetic artistry, and a strong commitment to patient experience. This role involves conducting aesthetic consultations, performing cosmetic procedures, educating patients on skincare and treatment options, and building long-term relationships with patients. Providers are encouraged to utilize their clinical expertise and aesthetic judgment when designing personalized treatment plans. Our team is patient-focused and dedicated to providing safe, effective treatments that enhance natural beauty and confidence. Our practice offers a full range of advanced aesthetic services including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser treatments, medical-grade skincare, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and enjoys building long-term patient relationships while delivering natural, high-quality results. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and aesthetic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and expectations Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments including: Botox and other neuromodulators
  • Dermal fillers
  • Laser treatments
  • Chemical peels
  • Other aesthetic procedures as trained Provide education on skincare, maintenance treatments, and preventative care Ensure safe treatment practices and maintain strict compliance with medical and regulatory standards Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and procedures Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor outcomes and patient satisfaction Stay current on emerging aesthetic technologies, products, and best practices Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care Contribute to practice growth through excellent patient relationships and retention

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arkansas Experienced aesthetic injectors strongly preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in aesthetic medicine required Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required Experience with hormone replacement therapy required Experience in medical weight loss programs preferred Strong consultation skills and ability to develop personalized treatment plans Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of professionalism, ethics, and patient care Passion for aesthetics and ongoing learning
