The Caregiver is responsible for providing physical care and emotional support to clients who need assistance due to illness, injury, or disability, treating them with dignity and respect. Duties include home assistance such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication assistance, and personal services like bathing and grooming.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate patience and compassion while caring for clients and their property, including providing companionship and assistance with financial matters if necessary. Candidates must be able to complete a Criminal Background report and possess the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Light Bearers Home Care is looking for a Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver is responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability.
The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will encourage and remain empathetic to the clients at all times.
