The primary objective is to assess, triage, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical conditions in a fast-paced emergency room environment, ensuring timely and effective interventions. This role involves collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans to enhance patient outcomes.
Candidates must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida, along with an ADN or BSN degree, and mandatory BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred qualifications include CEN certification and a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an emergency or acute care setting.
