The Temporary Critical Need RN (Internal Traveler) assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. As part of the resource pool, this position may be required to float to various units as needed and may participate in on-call status.
Candidates must possess current RN licensure in Oklahoma or an eNLC state, along with 3 years of hospital RN patient care experience (or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD certification). Additional requirements include current BLS, relevant ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications based on competency, and a valid driver's license.
