The Entry-Level Dental Assistant will support the clinical needs of the practice's patients and doctors by assisting during various treatment procedures, setting up and breaking down operatories post-treatment, and managing infection control through instrument and equipment preparation and sterilization. They will also support patient charting for doctors and perform various necessary office tasks while collaborating with the dental team.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must obtain state-required radiology and safety certification within the specified timeframe. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with patients of all ages, alongside a commitment to ongoing professional development.
