$57.76 - $80.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Location: Skilled Nursing Facilities in Endeavors north region (Evanston, Swedish Hospital).

Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Potential for weekend hours in the future
No evenings or holidays
What you will need:
License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
Experience: Minimum of three years advanced practice provider experience. Experience with advanced directive and goals of care.
