Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and transfers while ensuring their safety. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
Must hold a current state-approved CNA certification. Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred, though new CNAs are welcome to apply.

Agency-competitive pay packages (based on experience and shift) 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a Shift differentials for nights/weekends (where applicable) Vacation time + Sick time Consistent assignment focus and strong team support Real orientation with a CNA preceptor What you’ll do Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers) Answer call lights and ensure resident safety Measure and record vital signs and I/O as assigned Assist with meal service and repositioning Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse Support a respectful, resident-centered care culture
Current CNA certification (state-approved) Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (new CNAs welcome with training) Dependable attendance and team-first attitude
