Perform diagnostic and therapeutic clinical procedures for pediatric patients under the supervision of a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Responsibilities include monitoring patient responses to therapy, documenting medical records, and providing education to patients and families.
Candidates must be actively enrolled in an approved 2-year respiratory care program and have completed at least the first semester. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and registration with the Board are required.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic clinical procedures as defined in the Respiratory Care Services scope of clinical practice. Work performed in accordance with physician orders and under supervision of a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
