• Must be a Colorado licensed OTA
Reviews supervising therapists plan of cares and appropriately delivers treatment interventions in line with plan of care goals.
Complete timely, accurate and supportive documentation in accordance with company policy and federal and state guidelines/regulations.
Administer treatment modalities as clinically indicated to treat patient specific needs.
Communicate effectively with supervising therapist about any acute changes in patient status to allow for assessments to be completed and plan of care adjusted as needed.
Effectively communicate patient progress and lack of progress to supervising therapist so treatment can be adjusted to better meet patient’s needs.
Assist with management of OT caseload along with DOR and supervising therapist
Be familiar with Colorado State Practice Act and Laws in regard to visit count, progress note guidelines and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical practice.

$36-$40.00 per hour
Candidates must be licensed as an OTA in Colorado and have at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in skilled nursing. Familiarity with the Colorado State Practice Act and ethical guidelines is also required.
