RCHC Redwood Community Health CenterThe Registered Nurse – Clinical- Level I (RN I) at Open Door Community Health Centers (ODCHC) provides general nursing care to patients in the clinic and over the phone. The RN plays an essential role in providing pt access through visits using protocols and transitioning to provider whenever able or needed. Within the Care Team, the RN works as a point person for daily functions and triage.
A RN I possess basic understanding and demonstration of RN scope of practice and skills related to community health nursing.
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $42.75 to $49.52 All new hires will begin at the base of $42.75 per hour not including education differentials below.
$2.00/HR additional for BSN
$3.50/HR additional for MSN
Wage differentials do not compound.
Hmong and Spanish speakers who successfully pass a language exam will receive a minimum of .75 cents added to their wage.

The RN I works as a member of the Care Team and my act as a clinical supervisor as needed for MAs and LVNs on the Care Team.
The RN I reports directly to the RN - Clinical Services Manager . The RN works directly with providers and support staff assigned to their Care Team and across the clinic.
