Direct Support Professionals will provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication administration, while ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Staff must also implement positive behavior support strategies and promote community engagement according to individualized service plans.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs, along with knowledge of behavior management techniques, is preferred.
