The Admissions Liaison will coordinate an efficient and compassionate admission process, managing referrals, validating information, and facilitating scheduling for both inpatients and outpatients. This role involves pre-certifications, assembling consent packets, and maintaining accurate patient listings.
A clinical license (RN, LPN, PT, OT, COTA, RT, LMSW, etc.) is required, along with current CPR certification. One or more years of experience in hospital admissions procedures and clinical experience are preferred.
One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred. Licensure as a clinician required. Current CPR certification preferred. CRRN preferred. A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are advantageous.
