About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide nursing services by assessing and evaluating the health status of assigned clients, reviewing the plan of care, and administering prescribed medications according to agency policy and professional standards. Essential functions also include maintaining a safe environment and practicing nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.

Provides services to clients in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Agency policy, and accepted professional standards of practice.

Provides nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory and nursing process, and communicates/documents observations and assessments.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of a state-approved school of professional nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, and hold a current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice. New graduates are welcome, and current CPR certification and a TB test are required.
