The Registered Nurse is responsible for the quality of care provided to an assigned group of patients, indirectly supervising all assigned nursing personnel. Primary duties include performing basic patient care procedures, ongoing systematic data collection, and developing a comprehensive plan of care.
Required qualifications include an active RN licensure, BCLS certification, graduation from an approved school of Nursing, and one year of experience in the department's clinical specialty. A current Michigan driver's license and proof of valid automobile insurance are also mandatory.
