About the role

Provide person-centered care to residents by supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Assist residents with activities of daily living and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Shift

7a-7: 30p

Compensation

range $19.50-$27.00 hourly plus applicable shift differentials. Rate is determined based on relevant experience and license history.

  • How you will make an impact
  • Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
  • Assisting residents in activities of daily living
  • Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
  • Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
  • Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
  • What you will need
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification is preferred.
  • Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic computer skills required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old with a current state CNA certification and basic computer skills. A minimum of one year of CNA/GNA experience and CPR certification are preferred.
