Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license DEA License CPR BCLS/BLS certified Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program A year of experience in Urology Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided Must have great organizational and time management skills. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
