This role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of patient care delivered. The individual must demonstrate proficiency and excellence within their scope of licensure while developing an individual optometric practice within the medical/surgical setting.
The minimum requirement is an active Optometrist (OD) license and at least two years of experience providing quality patient eye care. Candidates must also possess analytical problem-solving skills, strong organization, attention to detail, and an empathetic personality.
