Job Description

GENERAL OVERVIEW: Provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of acute psychiatric patients. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides individual, group and family therapy with assigned patients. (70%) Conducts an individual comprehensive evaluation for assigned patients. (10%) Completes all documentation according to regulatory requirements (e.g. treatment plans, progress notes). (10%) Attends all required departmental/hospital meetings. (10%) Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) or other Behavioral Specialist license CPR – American Heart Association
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
