Urologist – Altru Health System: Grand Forks, North Dakota
Altru Health System is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join our thriving and highly collaborative Urology team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice broad-based urology while contributing to the growth of specialized men’s health services within a supportive and well‑resourced health system.
Highly collaborative team environment with experienced Urologists and both inpatient and outpatient APPs.
Our APP collaboration model is truly top‑tier—seamless, efficient, and designed to support the full patient care continuum.
Extremely busy and established practice, offering immediate patient volume.
Balanced schedule including: 2 OR days 3 clinic days 2.5 procedure days Call required, shared within a supportive group.
Bread‑and‑butter urology with the opportunity to expand into areas of interest—especially men’s health services, where the program is poised for significant growth.

Evaluates, provides diagnosis and treatment of patients of Altru Health System who present with injuries or illnesses. Counsels patients and advises on preventative healthcare measures.
Exercises Doctor's own judgment in the diagnosis and treatment of patients consistent with Altru’s policies and standards.
Achieves the Altru Health System Patient Engagement and Quality & Safety goals established on an annual basis. Participates in activities and support department goals as defined by department on an annual basis.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation ensuring quality patient care and assurance of appropriate reimbursements to Altru Health System.
Performs other duties as assigned.
This position requires proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure effective communication in the workplace and with patients, families, and team members.
