She benefits from gentle encouragement and supervision, particularly with maintaining daily hygiene routines. The main focus of this role is supporting personal hygiene and providing companionship during visits. Care Responsibilities Assist with toileting, bathing, and dressing Provide gentle encouragement and guidance with hygiene routines Offer companionship and engagement during visits Ensure comfort and dignity while providing personal care Schedule 2–3 hours per visit 2–3 days per week initially Potential for longer hours and long-term work if the care arrangement is successful Ideal Candidate Experience caring for clients with dementia Strong patience and ability to gently encourage participation in hygiene tasks Compassionate, calm, and respectful demeanor Reliable and consistent with visits This role is best suited for a helper experienced in dementia care who can patiently encourage personal hygiene routines while providing calm, compassionate support.
