The Nursing Assistant will deliver in-home care services following an individual Care Plan developed by the RN Supervisor, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, and eating, as well as performing light housekeeping and monitoring client health and safety. Responsibilities also include documenting all services provided, completing daily Aide records, and immediately communicating any changes in the client’s physical or mental condition to the RN Supervisor.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a certificate of completion from a state-approved education program that includes nursing principles and supervised clinical work, or maintain a CNA license issued by the Virginia Board of Nursing. Candidates are also required to provide proof of current PPD vaccination or complete a Tuberculosis screening.
