The Certified Nursing Assistant assists residents with personal needs, safety, and comfort, including activities of daily living such as wardrobe, hygiene, and mobility. Duties also involve observing and reporting changes in resident condition, conducting safety rounds, and aiding with dining tasks.
Candidates must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and meet all state-specific certification requirements. Preferred qualifications include six months of experience in a retirement community setting, and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
