Mana began in 2008 with the mission of empowering our participants with the skills and confidence to live independently. In 2018 we expanded our services further adding Residential Habilitation Services (supported living) which is aimed at supporting clients and assisting them to live a life as independently as possible in the community and their homes.

What we are looking for

We are seeking extraordinary and compassionate individuals with and without experience to help our high-functioning clients with disabilities live their best lives! Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is a plus, but not a must, we provide training!

Responsibilities

Direct Care Professionals provide personal care to high functioning individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Duties include but are not limited to:

assisting residents with personal hygiene reminders daily living activities documenting behavior assisting with medications ensure a safe, clean and healthy environment

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have an acceptable criminal background check and possess a good driving record.
• Must show proof of current driver’s license, insurance and registration.
• Must be able to satisfactorily pass a drug–screening test upon hiring and continue to comply with drug free workplace policies.
• Must secure and maintain First Aid and CPR certification upon hire.
• Demonstrated competency with skills and abilities to work successfully with the challenging behaviors of supported clients in care.
• Demonstrated capacity to be an appropriate role model, including exhibiting mature behavior and making appropriate decisions. :Current openings:

Starting Pay

$15.00- $17.00 per hour Based on experience and shifts! Compensation

Mana Services began in 2008 to assist at-risk youth with transitional housing and the training they need to successfully live on their own. Mana Services has transitioned over 200 at-risk youth and that number grows as we continue this journey.

In 2013, we realized we needed more support for our youth and Mana Resources was born. We made these services available to the community, serving individuals and families. Mana Resources encompasses all of our mental health services to include individual and family counseling, community based rehabilitation services, case management and more.

In 2018 Mana Resources, LLC opened a new branch and now provides supported living services to those with developmental disabilities.
