Patient Care Assistants (PCA) provide direct and indirect patient care, perform clinical procedures, and maintain a clean environment. They work under the direction of licensed personnel and communicate changes in patients' conditions.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic computer skills and the ability to obtain BLS certification within 60 days. An individualized orientation program will be provided, and related experience is preferred.
