The Registered Nurse – National Traveler provides patient care, treatment, and services while coordinating and directing care for multiple patients. They work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and ensure quality improvement initiatives are met.
Must Have Active WV RN license or active compact state license
Must work every other weekend and rotating holidays
Must have at least 2 years of RN experience – rehab RN experience preferred
The Registered Nurse – National Traveler at Mary Free Bed are integral members of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering patient-centered rehabilitation care.
Assignments may be located in any MFB IP location nationally.
RNs coordinate, direct, delegate, and provide care to multiple patients, fostering relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to enhance care quality.

Responsibilities: in Quality Improvement
Contribute by identifying problems and seeking solutions. Promote patient/family satisfaction where possible; participates in departmental efforts to monitor and report customer service.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in home state.
Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses based on assignment needs.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting.
