Your day to day as a homecare cna

• As a Homecare CNA at The Sharon at SouthPark, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents.
• You will assist them with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Additionally, you will monitor vital signs document any changes in residents' health or behavior.
• In this role, you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.
• You will also provide emotional support and engage residents in stimulating activities to promote their well-being.
