• Stafford Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LISW) to join our team!
• This role is ideal for a clinician who values relationship-based care, dignity, and improving quality of life for residents through thoughtful, evidence-based mental health services.
• You will play a vital role in supporting residents’ emotional well-being while collaborating closely with facility staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments Provide individual and group psychosocial therapy Develop, implement, and update person-centered treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members Advocate for residents and support emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs

Qualifications
